Another one!

But really, this one is actually pretty damn entertaining.
I liked how the player had two different halves of picks
going on at the same time, there was a lot to remember
to play this the right way, but we all know on the inside
we just cheated off of your latest news post. :3

So I haven't finished yet, there's a lot of walking, but
it's pretty entertaining actually. Awesome art, too.
And the stuff people say is just hilarious.
:) COOL GAME U GUYZ. !
But really, much improved too.
Way to go! Now I better go work on some games, lolllielz.

Magical-Zorse responds:

Yea, go finish mindfeed 2 already!

Yay?

Alright idea I guess, but,
it doesn't look like there was much effort to actually
teach people what exactly they're copying/pasting
into their Flash.
I mean REALLY teach, not just say what each line does.

Not the worst tutorial I've ever seen, though.

TheShyGuy responds:

:(. it took me 21 hours overall to make this, 1 week for research, and 2 weeks after that for final completion. ah well. Sorry you didnt enjoy it.

100th review :D

All in all the game was only alright.
Everybody loves cool glow effects,
especially me; it's definitely a plus.
The graphics were also good, it gave me
a cool computer-ish techno feeling.

But the gameplay could have used some work.
After the first two levels, i was left wondering
"is this it?" And as far as i could tell, that
was indeed it. You definitely have potential, but,
the one thing you need to get is a great idea.

Looking forward to seeing
that great idea of yours in the portal. :]

moogoat responds:

In the first two levels, there's only one enemy type, so if you haven't played past there I highly suggest you try a bit further, where there's more variation in enemies.

Thanks for the review, though. I'll try to incorporate some more depth to the gameplay in my sequel!

Hehe,

Your 1 hour games are pretty good,
now let's see something like a two week game, or
a two month game. :]
OR A TWO YEAR GAME!
MUAHAHAA-hahaha *ahem*.

But pretty decent for just one hour. :]

CaiWengi responds:

Thanks. Stuff is in the making dont worry :]

Hehehe

There's more fish in the sea. :]
Haha, actually that's something my
grandma's been telling me since i was little.
But this was pretty neat. :]

No doubt it made completely and totally no sense, but
its not like it wasn't interesting to play.
I enjoyed it, even though i always think there's
going to be screamers and other stuff in flashes like this.
There wasn't really though. :]
I stopped after the 'maze' part, because
i held down right click and it seemed
to rewind further the longer it was pressed.
So i pretty much said 'screw it'. :]

But anyways, good job with this one,
good luck with your future flashes. :]

mrpibbs1 responds:

Damn, it just starts getting good after the maze! That's why I made it un-cheatable..
Well now your the first to vote below an 8. Alright well thanks for the review, K-guare!

Very Nice

Nice 3-D touch on a somewhat similar concept,
i had fun with it.
I would have loved to see a bit higher quality music, though...
I wouldn't have minded waiting the extra
couple of seconds. :D

Other than that, great game.
Good job Mr. Coolio-Niato. :]

Coolio-Niato responds:

Thanks kahgwar, you took the liberty of spelling my name right =3

Cool

Its alright, and pretty fun,
but it'd be a lot, LOT better if
it wasn't almost exactly like the cell stage in Spore.

HeroInteractive responds:

It's nothing like the cell stage of spore, except that it takes place on a cellular level.

Microbe Kombat focuses on group dynamics whereas Spore does not. Also, on the Spore level, outside of the content editors and system, nothing about the gameplay is original. Eating other things at a cellular level has been done many times before, and I don't think we need to debate the originality of the RTS aspects of the game.

LOL

Did you like MindFeed? :]
Almost all the questions were the same.
Hmm...

Oh well, it was alright, but
it was just missing...something...
People liked to be involved with their games,
that's kinda what i wanted out of MindFeed.
Although this was pretty interactive, there wasn't any real
sense of organization, or reason of why the player is punching in data.
Why are they taking "The Test?"

Overall, a half-decent effort.
If you watched MindFeed before you made this,
you made this in less than 2 weeks.
It took me 6 months to complete MindFeed;
the smallest details count the most,
remember that for your next flash game.

Good Luck,
K-Guare.

chaos-warrior responds:

Thanks, though, I started this BEFORE you released it.
And unfortunately, due to lack of time, I released this without it being complete, and it wasnt even the type of game I usually created.
I usually make platformers and shooters, not little quiz games.
But it was a new laptop, and I wanted to try it out and see what I could do with it.
Thanks for the help though.

Go ahead...

Pretty good work, but, i'm sorry....
Any real number times 0 = 0. :]

pieguy48 responds:

Don't make me slap you...

Haha, thanks for the review ^^

Sorry....

I have Windows Vista Home Premium,
it's not bad at all. I don't know why people continue
with terrible Vista jokes, their just not funny anymore.
If you don't like Vista, don't buy it, and keep it to yourself.
Just please lay off the Vista jokes...

Figter responds:

for fucks sake it is WINDOWS PISTA
