I've heard it about 200 times,
"K-GUARE YOU MAKING A SEQUEL?!".
Well, as of right now,
probably not.
I've been thinking hard about doing it, and,
there's lots of things i need to improve/add if i wanted
to make another one.

For instance, i'm going to need a scale,
i need more questions, and good ones too,
if there will be another i plan on keeping the bagels,
and i need a good clear explanation of what the scores are.
Also, it needs to be interesting, and just as creepy as the last.

My thought is, if i can't think of any good ideas, it won't happen.

Right now i'm not thinking about MindFeed for a while...
I need to learn a significant amount of actionscript so i can make
games that are a lot better, games that will get me sponsors.

Also, i'm interested in movies too.
In fact i ordered my Graphics Tablet today :D!
So once it arrives and i get the hang of it,
you might just see a movie from me :]

Well that's about all the news i've got for you.
Except one thing, somebody asked me to
take MindFeed and post my score.
Alright...

NIfty and clever little game... I'm greatly impressed. It obviously has a decent amount of code in it, but what makes it stand out is all down to it's presentation. Great choice of music and sound effects (love the way the cursor makes a diferent sound when the test get's emotional!), very clever graphic presentation and, above all, very clever test / human interaction (I felt a slight Portal touch all round) made for an interesting game.

But what'samused me most is people who seem to assume that there is a 'right' answer to each question and that the numerical value at the end, although certainly not random, somehow is a meaningful evaluation of them!

and encouraging reviews i've ever gotten. :D
I've heard it from everybody at least 500 times, but,
the way you just said it is very encouraging to me as a flash author.
I'm very glad you liked the game, and your right...
Score has almost no meaning whatsoever.
Some people get offensive, and think that it's their IQ or something.
Then they say to me, "I KNOW I'M SMARTER THAN 30."

I love this game, (quiz?)! It dose not say wheither any thing is a right or wrong answer, well atleast rubbing it in your face atleast.

Well if it matters, not that I think it dose not, I got a 49 for my score.

Although you do know how insecure humans are, so I bet it matters to most. :(

No, lol. But there isn't a scale, so,
technically you could say that no matter
what score you got, it's a good score.

It gave me the same feeling portal did. I loved every second of it, the 'computer' really had personality, and made me laugh. I loved it.

Anyway I couldnt help notice how you said how long it took you to do the typewriter effect. I have a method with AS, im not sure if its any quicker, but you might as well take a look.

Thanks a lot for this, when i started MindFeed (back in the stone age)
i REALLY sucked at ActionScript. Even now i'd still call myself
an Amateur at it, but, i'm slowly getting better.

I got a score of 41 so I'm not sure whether to be proud of myself or not since I don't know what the score means.

(Maybe it means how alike we are to the creator! D:)

I think the fact that I liked bagels had to push my score up at least 30 points though.

No, liking bagels doesn't increase your score by too much, actually.
But waiting through the entire initialization does boost your score quite a bit :]
(Don't tell anybody :D)
